Back Stapled- Canvas is pulled to back of frame and simply stapled in place

Gallery Wrapped - The canvas is neatly tucked into grooves on the back of the frame

Mixed Media - Multiple media are used in one painting. An example would be a base painting of acrylic finished with oil paint, which adds depth and an additional layer of color and detail.
